2. Preparations for installation of boiler tubes in power plants
2.1 Accurate installation drawings
Before the installation of the boiler tube of the power plant, the drawing design should be carried out in advance, and a specific review of the construction drawings should be conducted. When designing the installation drawings, it is necessary to conduct in-depth field inspections, fully consider possible situations, ensure the scientificity and rationality of the installation drawings design, and provide an important guarantee for the orderly progress of each process. At the same time, specific construction standards and quality specifications must be formulated, and construction personnel must strictly follow the requirements of the construction specifications. When reviewing the drawings in detail, it is advisable to check and mark the location of pipelines, reserved holes and embedded parts, and make full reference to the on-site construction to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the location.
2.2 Materials
Before installing the boiler tube, construction materials need to be prepared in advance. When purchasing materials, you need to strictly control the quality of the materials. Carefully check the appearance of the pipe, whether the inner side is straight, and the type of connecting valve. Use an endoscope to check the heating surface of the pipe, and check whether the inside of the pipe is smooth to avoid jamming in the pipeline.
3. The installation of the boiler tube in the power plant
3.1 The installation of the pipe and bracket
Before installing the pipe, the hanging bracket of the pipe body needs to be installed in advance. Since the pipeline is prone to expansion during operation, it is necessary to do a good job in expansion compensation. Before installing the specific hanging bracket, carefully check pipe bodies, connectors, spring materials and models, and then install them in accordance with the drawings after they conform to the construction standards. In the installation process, the root should be ensured to have good firmness, and the spring and connecting piece nut should be ensured to be mutually tightened; the spring should have good performance. For the hanging bracket that plays the role of weighing, it is also necessary to ensure that it will not be affected by external forces, and the partial installation value is controlled within the specified range.
3.2 The welding of the pipeline
In the welding process of the pipeline, the specific content is mainly the welding technology, groove processing and cleaning and positioning. Before specific welding, formulate a practical welding plan based on the on-site construction environment and strictly in accordance with the construction drawings. Choose construction materials reasonably, and make technical clarifications on the temperature, time, non-destructive testing of materials and process parameters for preheating and heat treatment. In groove processing, ion arc or oxyacetylene can be used, which is fully combined with on-site construction. After the processing is completed, the oil stains at the groove must be removed, and clean the oxide scale, molten slag and uneven part. Ensure the accurate positioning of the pipe joints and make the grooves conform to the construction requirements. In addition, the inner wall of the connecting pipe should be kept flush, and the misalignment should be controlled within the specified range. The uneven thickness of the groove should be ground. The material selected for fixed-position welding should be consistent with that of the root welding.
