ASTM A790/ASME B36.19 Seamless Super Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe is manufactured from UNS S32760 for demanding applications requiring exceptional mechanical strength and superior corrosion resistance. This 1" NPS pipe features SCH 80S dimensions, with an outside diameter of 33.4 mm, wall thickness of 4.55 mm, and fixed length of 5540 mm. Compared with conventional 316L stainless steel, UNS S32760 provides significantly higher strength and enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced corrosion. The seamless construction eliminates welded seams, ensuring excellent structural integrity and reliable performance in critical pressure services. Its SCH 80S heavy-wall design also provides increased pressure capability and additional corrosion allowance.
Applications
